January 2009 new legislation regarding CO2 emissions will be implemented
in Ireland. The
government is committed to substantially reducing energy waste. There
are many levels to this legislation and obviously we are involved in
the insulation aspect,
specifically windows.
North
County Windows have produced a range of energy efficient windows
based on the new legislation controls. This new product is called
Energy Glass and is EN
1279 compliant on the glass unit and EN
14351 compliant on the frame.
Put simply our new Energy Glass product
is compliant with all the European standards required to manufacture,
sell and install energy efficient windows in the future.

The
new Energy efficient windows differ greatly from the old double glazed
unit in many ways. We use 1. Opti White Glass. 2. Low e- K glass. 3. Edgetech Insulated
Super Spacer. 4. Argon Gas

Energy Glass product provides the customer

futureproof your window insulation for decades to come.
